How I got here

For six years I worked the front desk of London's residential buildings, from YMCA to White City Living.

Handovers, contractor calls, emails, verbal agreements, all scattered. The information often existed, but it didn't travel reliably with the work. I kept asking why there wasn't a better way. In 2026 I could finally build it myself. Spring It: SPeak plus RING.

The works before

LOCO came first, in 2023, born from poor career guidance.

It taught me something harder: I could see the product, but I couldn't build it. So I learned to. Londonmaxxing grew out of writing about London's builder scene.
